4 ingredient SKINNY mango coconut margarita

Because I can’t help myself in always wanting to make great things even better, I took my popular 3 ingredient margarita and added one more ingredient to it to give it that extra summer flair. That ingredient is mango.

If I had to choose my favorite summer, take-to-the-beach, enjoy-on-a-warm-day fruit, it’d be fresh cut mango. Now, frozen mango blended up with the 3 ingredients in my OG margarita recipe: 1800 coconut tequila, coconut water and fresh lime juice - makes for a margarita that is beyond-words good. Plus, the coconut water keeps you hydrated so you’re less likely to get a hangover drinking these margaritas.

Pair my 4 ingredient mango margarita with some Siete lime tortilla chips and fresh mango salsa, and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect happy hour.

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE DRINK):

  • Juice from 1 ½ limes

  • 1 ½ shots of Coconut 1800 Tequila

  • 8 oz coconut water

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend and pour over crushed ice, in a short cocktail glass. Personally, I like to serve with a Tajin rim.
