Football Game Day Snack Board

When it is Sunday game day and you make ya man these wings – you’ll be in a league of your own and have him thinking, “Damn, I outkicked my coverage.” In all seriousness, this spread was so freakin good and the Seven Sons Farm chicken wings were the MVP.

I marinated the chicken wings in a chimichurri sauce (recipe below) for about an hour and then cooked in my air fryer. I served with a green goddess dip (recipe below too), carrots, bell peppers and cauliflower crackers (I cut up a Cali’flour Foods sweet red pepper cauliflower pizza crust and baked per the instructions on the box.)


Ingredients:

For the Chimichurri Marinade:

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed

  • 3-4 chopped garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano

  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp red vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

For the Green Goddess Dip:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp goat cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill*

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley*

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon*

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil*

  • 1 garlic chopped

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Sea salt and black pepper

    * use way less if using dried herbs
