BLT Egg Stack
Whether you are looking to jazz up your snack game or are looking for an easy, crowd pleasing appetizer to wow your friends and fam with, these BLT egg stacks will do just that. If you are planning to serve these as an appetizer I would recommend investing in stainless steel cocktail picks. They add a touch of sophistication to the presentation, for sure.
Ingredients:
Hardboiled Eggs
Heriloom tomatoes, sliced
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Optional: mayo or ground mustard (personally, I love Sir Kensington’s spicy brown mustard)
Instructions:
Cut the hardboiled eggs in half, as pictured. Spread one of the halved hardboiled eggs with mayo or ground mustard. Layer in bacon, tomato and lettuce. Hold together the BLT egg stack using cocktail picks.
