This restaurant’s Menu is the perfect hybrid of authentic Mexican food and consciously healthy options. Their tacos are made with GMO-free corn tortillas infused with herbs and spices, they source greens from local sustainable, organic and regenerative farms and serve humanely raised meats and sustainable seafood. Let’s start with the chips and guacamole - the chips come warm and guac is house-made and super chunky; just the way I like it. My go-to order everytime is two Best of the West blackened chicken tacos, with chipotle sauce, cabbage relish, crema and queso. Other strong contenders are the lobster taco and alambre taco. The hubs usually gets a steak quesadilla, and i always steal a bite. My brother swears by the carne asada burrito (ordered “wet”). I love their hand-squeezed fresh fruit juices, especially the Vampiro (with beet, carrot and orange) and it is definitely worth noting that their margaritas are amazing and made with organic agave nectar. The vibe is definitely casual though; don’t come in heels ladies - you’ll look like a weirdo.
