This Aussie inspired menu never ever disappoints. For breakfast, I love the house smoked salmon with Scottish salmon, beetroot puree splash, baby kale, roasted walnuts, avocado, poached eggs topped with house mustard aioli or their Aussie scramble with folded eggs, house made tomato chutney, roasted prosciutto, spinach, seared halloumi, lemon infused oil and toasted flat bread. However, you can’t go wrong with their avocado toast. If they have the smoked salmon benedict special on the menu, definitely get it. (I ordered it without the hollandaise sauce.)
As for the lunch/dinner menu - I have two favorites: the outpost salmon salad with sautéed scottish salmon, asian greens, been shoots, cilantro, toasted coconut and peanuts, tossed in a lemon infused olive oil or the green bowl with kale, wok seared greens, broccoli, quinoa, sweet potato, topped with a poached egg and avocado. I like to add either skirt steak, chicken or salmon to the green bowl, depending on my mood.
