Vibe Organic Kitchen + Juice
The entire menu is 100% organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and vegan. And, seriously so good. And, so much to choose from. Amongst the bowls and salads, my go-to is the macro bowl and I added sweet potato “slices” to it. The burgers are made with patties made in-house daily from black beans, mushrooms and cashews and are super flavorful, but I prefer the mushroom-walnut chorizo tacos, which are served on either homemade organic corn tortillas or raw jicama tortillas. The avocado toast options here are on another level. I love both the beet hummus avocado toast or the taco toast with house-made guacamole, black bean puree, pickled red onion and chipotle-cashew crema on sweet potato slices. For breakfast, I have only tried the breakfast burrito and it won me over. It’s packed with a chickpea frittata, avocado, mushroom-walnut chorizo, breakfast potatoes, spinach and pickled onion wrapped up in a grilled Siete Foods grain-free tortilla.
They also carry Meet the Source bliss balls and raw cakes here, which are my weakness.
